About the Event

We start our 40-day journey inward with our morning practice of Sadhana. Each day to explore the benefits that sadhana can have in the following areas:

Improve your mental, emotional and physical health.

Rebalance your internal system, alleviating stress and anxiety. Particularly if you are feeling not yourself.

Improve your posture and core stability, to aid the elimination of toxins, as well as improve concentration.

Join our circle with like-minded people who hold similar values of love and respect, under the guidance of a knowledgeable, spiritual teacher who can support you on your personal inward journey.

This 40-day sadhana is for you if you are ready to have a daily routine to maintain you're well-being and incorporate movement, to increase your flexibility, strengthen and tone your whole body.

What to expect:

We start with Tuning in into our higher self with 3 invokation of Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo (I Bow to my own divine within me).

  • 15 minutes of Pranayama (Breathwork) to build your Pranic body and Warm-ups
  • 20 minutes of Kundalini yoga kriya.
  • This kriya works to the glands that are the guardians of your physical health and your stability in infinite consciousness. Their secretions determine the chemistry of the blood and the blood in turn determines the composition of your personality. If for example, you lack proper iodine from the thyroid gland, you will lack patience and seldom succeed in staying calm and cool. If you are to gain mastery of unlimited consciousness in yourself you must master the physical consciousness to help you, not hinder you. It is best to work on this while you are young. Once you are old, it is too late to take care of your old age. Prepare your glandular balance now, so that age, disease, and fatigue may not blunt the enjoyment of God-consciousness you are building.

After your 10 minute relaxation period.

  • Meditation The mantra mentally vibrating “Sa Ta Na Ma Sa Ta Na Ma”  can help strengthen the 6th body.
